outings
Okay I shall finally blog. haha since FOC time passes SUPER FAST. Outings and more outings, every alternate day. hahaha
13july: Edwin's beertour with Aaron! Its quite interesting to see how the beer are brewed and packaged etc, managed to try all the different types of beer they had, earning a reputation of being alcoholic :X Heh they really do have the best tiger beer around and my favourite is the ginseng one which they say very few people like. (: the people working there are so funny, (who are now all our friends on fb. LOL) witnessed magic card tricks, flirting with Japanese housewives(who totally fell for Jo man), company function and birthday celebrations for Jan-July babies -.-, and egg with black beer tasted like white coffee. :X memorable day indeed.
15july: Scotto kbox with yanlan xinyi zuohan & syahidah. Fun cos we are all so high and crazyy singing/screaming the high songs. awesomeness. sang quite a variety of songs, the a*mei, the fahrenheit, even the zohanna song. videos/blackmail/entertainment material on fb. Then was dinner at fisherman wharf and lunar concert with xinyi jin kiahui & zijie! It was really concidental, met 2 girls (forgot their names) who happened to know kiahui and jin, and is my secondary one class counsellor! AMP & Faith Yang performed, they are quite good, and they sang songs very familiar from our kbox session eariler on! including woyaokuaile & renzhi which i really like! had beer+greentea which tastes like green tea and some lychee martinis. kiahui & I mananged to get 5 drinks coupons each but none of us are drinkers, so erm don't waste mah. :X
17july:Scotto first official og outing after foc! whee~ went sentosa and NUA. sat in the shade and nua. played truth or truth and GTKY jeffery and the guys went to get beer (scotto is so beer crazy man) and jeremy got quite "drunk" and had very interesting qns/comments during T or T. stunners all around, and then it was back to vivo for ben&jerry! before realising the coupon's not valid at vivo's. took the car and nua-ed more. Ended up at Cathay's ben&jerry and the icecream is damn good. $100 worth, ate quite a lot. heh. camhored. Went to Fish & Co for a while before meeting Aaron and heading to a warehouse at Qsquare by Marquis for an art exhibition entitled BLACKOUT. There's performances, art pieces, installations and interactive art-all with the theme of light and darkness. Its super duper cool, photos will be up soon.
19july-Scotto's alcoholic anonymous session at Brauhaus! had a beer which edwin ordered for me(as the entire menu is totally foreign)and a shot of butterscotch which is lovelovelove. Its just melts the heart~hahaha. There's lots of good food but the pork knuckle is definately the best. Quote from Timothy which says it all, "Crispy skin and buttery fat make the perfect pork knuckle. Top it off with dark wheat beer and you've come pretty close to gastronomic bliss." :D nuff said.
21july-Penne/Freni seniors outing to East Coast Park! It really feels great cos so many people came today! After one whole year we are still friends and still go for outings hahaha. Lunch at Macs and then to cycle! I was still scarred from the traumatising experience at Ubin years ago and struggled quite a while at the beginning but yayy managed to gain back confidence after a while. Although I still suck at controlling the bike and can't ride straight lah. Mini accident when I ran over evadne's havaianas. :X Cycling left me with butt pain and aching legs, and tan lines. rah i'm super unfit. but its funfunfunyay! We went to the arcade for a while before they went Liz's house and I had to leave. :( Lyrics class was interesting today, mu zi was a very captivating speaker but I couldnt help wondering what fun I was missing out. ohwells, it was a good day. more seniors outings please.
