Im feeling so HIGH! Today has been a great day, and a great end to the tiring week!
Went for Art Fest shift as usual in the afternoon, had bubbletea and cheesy curry chicken for lunch. (: Met Wanting at 530 and convinced her to sign up for the Festival Maze! Today is the first session and we have lack of participants! So so we signed up for both the solo race and the pair race! Met Xinying there! My sec1,2 classmate. (: She's the organising Openmike and working for NAC now. Anyways. Went to eat dinner, Soup Spoon with santa before the maze! I had thick and yummy clam chowder. Hehh
So we went back for the race at 630! and there's only another couple that signd up. So theres only 4 of us. haha, for the solo race we're susposed to go through the maze and take the cards that matched the cards we were given. Santa got first for that one! and the next race they held couldn't break her time record so she was the night winner and won $100 shopping voucher! cool huh. hahaha~ for the pair race I was blindfolded and she's susposed to guide me through the maze by giving directions. I basically just chiong through la~ haha cos I've been playing with the maze for a week and is very comfortable with it, hehe and we won for that one too, came in in 27 seconds. But there wasn't enough people for the next race so they told us they will call us if we beat the people from tml's session. I want the shopping voucher!
Went for Dance after that, or intending to. But somehow we were a little late and not fated, cos a traffic light wasnt functioning and we couldnt cross the road. -.- LOL. went back to Raffles City to collect the prize for the solo race and and and I MET YU HSIEN. =D He's the designer of the festive maze btw. Met another girl who's going NTU(my batch) and a really friendly girl who's J1 dep this year(: (ohno i cant rmb their names :( )
Stayed and watch the openmike performances, and when everything was over UCN treated starbucks! Thanks! =D Haha he's so funny la~ parked his bike outside Cafe Cartel. Chatted about everything under the sun~ His job, artfest, old time memories of Tempest, B&B, Westside, random shows and productions, army, random people, and he keep saying he's feeling old. haha!
Yupps, really had a great time catching up with this super nice setdesign teacher/friend who made me smile when I was down, impacted my JC life, and left me with wonderful memories.
This is the first time Im feeling so happy this week! haha the exhaustion and tiredness build up from monday to thursday is all gone, and Im feeling super high and happy now. =D
